Recordings have no watermark or plan-based duration cap. Actual resolution (up to 1080p), recording length and playback depend on your camera, browser and available device storage; long takes may save in parts. Record and play back a short test before an important take.

Your VoiceFollow Pro allowance renews monthly on your billing date, not on the 1st of the month. A yearly plan includes twelve monthly allowances, one starting on each monthly anniversary of your purchase; unused time doesn't roll over. If your account was opened before these terms were published on October 15, 2026, a paid allowance keeps renewing on the 1st of each month (UTC) until your first billing date on or after November 5, 2026.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Use Manage billing on your account page to cancel; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

A larger-allowance upgrade applies immediately. On the same billing interval, you pay the prorated difference; changing the interval as part of that upgrade starts a new period, less credit for unused time. A downgrade or a monthly/yearly switch on the same plan starts at the end of your current paid period, with nothing charged when scheduled. The confirmation shows the effective date and amount due now before you agree. See the billing terms and applicable revision dates. Cancel any time from your account.

What’s the difference between Basic and VoiceFollow Pro?
Basic uses the speech recognition already in your browser. It’s free, available without a Wordtandem usage cap where your browser supports it. VoiceFollow Pro uses a cloud speech engine with vocabulary hints from names and distinctive terms in your script. Recognition varies with your microphone, speech and connection; try a short read with each engine.
What counts against my VoiceFollow Pro hours?
Only the time it spends actually listening. Pause and the clock stops. Basic never counts.
What happens if I run out of hours?
VoiceFollow Pro stops until your allowance renews: on a paid plan, on your billing date; on the free plan, on the first day of the next month (UTC). If your account was opened before these terms were published on October 15, 2026, a paid allowance keeps renewing on the 1st of each month (UTC) until your first billing date on or after November 5, 2026. Basic remains available without a Wordtandem usage cap where your browser supports it. You can also use Auto or Manual scrolling.
Does my audio leave my building?
With VoiceFollow Pro, yes. Your microphone audio goes to Deepgram, our speech-to-text provider, for one purpose: turning speech into text so the prompter can follow your place. We opt every request out of Deepgram’s model-improvement program; the audio is processed only for that request. With Basic, the audio never reaches us or Deepgram at all. It is handled by the speech recognition built into your browser, under your browser vendor’s own privacy policy. The privacy policy has the full detail.
